How to use the Volvo Gallery

In the absence of a proper help file for this programme, I have made this up. If there are questions not covered here please CONTACT me and I will help.

• Supported formats are: .jpg .gif .png
• To upload you must register with a valid email address. Your password will be sent immediately by email to you.
• Users are currently allocated 3072Kb of disc space to upload to. The maximum single file size and amount of allocation left are displayed in the 'Upload' window.
• After registering you can login by clicking the Login link and enter your username and password.

• You will then see the Upload Photos link at the top right. Click on this to open the Upload window. Select the gallery you want to upload to, then use the Browse button to locate the photo on your computer. Enter a name and other details if you wish, then upload the photo. If you get an error please report this to me at the email address above.
• Can't see the Upload Photos link? Check your web browser is set to accept all cookies.
• Photos must be Volvo or Volvo related or of general motoring interest.
• Keywords should be some obvious word(s) or whatever that a search would list your photo, such as a name or model number. For example, a 244GLT could have all these keywords 200, 240, 244, glt
• If after registering and then logging in with your username and password, you cannot see the 'upload' icon at the top right, then it is possible that your user account shows you as 'unregistered'. If this happens, then email me with your username and I will correct it.
• To Rate a photo just move your mouse arrow over the stars and select the number of stars you want. This does not work with your own photos.
